In 2011 I was asked to design and art direct a long form motion piece that combined live action, props, visual effects work and the Pepper’s Ghost illusion to help enhance the lecture of Nick Negroponte, from MIT’s Media lab, Wired Magazine and more recently, One Laptop Per Child.

The piece took months to complete, with a total running time of over 80 minutes and a total of more than 30 minutes of animated sequences and won the Commarts Interactive Annual for 2012.

For The University of Phoenix, produced at Laundry.

Produced earlier this year. Client unlisted.

Animated a couple of these Microsoft Conversations spots during time at Imaginary Forces. Based on the short film I Met The Walrus. Spots were directed by Michelle Dougherty.

Playing with light party elements versus cartoons of dark occult imagery. And I guess I’m still obsessed w smoke monsters.

A little analog hate for the digital world…
